Join Running Adventures for this London City Runners exclusive trail running experience.
This run will be guided by myself, a Salomon sponsored athlete and running coach, you don't need to worry about where you are going or the route we will take, it's all taken care of, all you need to do is concentrate on running, socialising and having fun.
Our 14 mile route will follow stunning trails in the Surrey Hills, just a short train ride from London. We will start in Guildford and head west along the North Downs Way to Puttenham Common, a wonderful playground of fun trails and spectacular views, from there we will work our way back towards Guildford on some smaller trails, passing Loseley House along the way. There will be amazing views and some really fun trails through woodland, heathland and fields. This run is suitable for all levels of trail runner, whether you are experienced or a first timer.
This is not a race, this is a social guided run so if you are a faster runner, you may need to run at a slightly slower pace than normal so you can stay with the group. No one will get left behind and we will support each other the whole way.
Pace: This is not a race! We will run as a group and share this experience together. You should be able to run approximately 11 min/miles (6:50 min/km) and have a good level of fitness.
Kit: A full kit list will be provided.
Getting there: Parking is available and the meeting location is close to Guildford train station. Full details will be provided.
