My aim is to ensure that you get to that start line with the knowledge and confidence that YOU have made the right decisions about kit, nutrition, training, routes and whether or not to take that extra pair of socks! I will support you the whole way and get you both mentally and physically prepared for anything that the mountains can throw at you.

Training for this race is complex, especially for those with busy lives. I can help you navigate this by not only structuring a plan to help you succeed, but by answering all those questions and 'what if' scenarios which can cause so much stress.

I am a Salomon and Suunto Ambassador, mountain leader, experienced ultra runner who has completed some of the toughest races and challenges across the world (including the Dragons Back Race), passionate trail runner and of course, a qualified coach, with experience of running trails of all kinds. I feel confident that I can help you achieve your trail running goals, whatever they might be.
