Training for an ultra race is a huge undertaking, whether you are experienced or a first timer. Whatever race you are signed up for, with my experience and coaching, I can ensure that you are both physically and mentally prepared when you stand on that start line, excited, rather than daunted, by the challenge ahead.
I offer coaching for any type of ultra race, whether it's a 50km ultra or a 6 day stage race.
Across more than 10 years, I have coached all ranges of abilities, from first time trail runners who have never done a race before, to podium chasing elites who are continuously pushing to get that next victory. Everyone gets the same level of support, whoever you are and whatever your goal is. No goal is too big or too small.
