Join Running Adventures for a spectacular guided trail run across the Malvern Hills and surrounding trails. Starting and finishing in North Maldon, we will head straight up to Worchestershire Hill and onto the Malverns ridge. We will then visit all the summits along the ridge, offering stunning views in every direction, and some challenging but fun trail running. With over 1300m (4400ft) of elevation, this route will work us hard, but we won't be racing, we will take our time and enjoy these trails at a social pace. Stopping to enjoy the views and grab some photos.
Once we have run from north to south along the ridge, we will head back on ourselves, using the lesser know trails found on the hillsides and woodlands at the base of the hills to find our way back, offering a totally different perspective of this beautiful countryside.
This run will be led by myself, and you will have plenty of opportunities to have all your trail running questions answered throughout the day.
Pace: This is not a race! We will run as a group and share this experience together. You should be able to comfortably run an average pace of 10 min/miles | 6 min/km for prolonged periods of time on the trail, and have a suitable level of fitness.
