I offer a range of coaching options, both face to face and online.
If you are not sure what option works best for you, or want to chat before committing, contact me and we can discuss.
It doesn't matter what level of runner you are, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced racer, taking on a coach can push your running to new levels. You can get all your questions answered and enjoy some structure around each week, safe in the knowledge that you are doing the right things to help you achieve YOUR goals.
With my help, you will be completely prepared when you stand on that start line. I will ensure that every question is answered, every concern is addressed, and you will know exactly what to expect on race day. I'll develop your plan based around your life; work, family and other commitments so that it is realistic and achievable.
I am a Salomon and Suunto Ambassador, mountain leader, experienced ultra runner who has completed some of the toughest races and challenges across the world, passionate trail runner and of course, a qualified coach, with experience of running trails of all kinds. I feel confident that I can help you achieve your running goals, whatever they might be.
I have coached all ranges of abilities, from first time trail runners who have never done a race before, to podium chasing elites who are continuously pushing to get that next victory. Everyone gets the same level of support, whoever you are and whatever your goal is. No goal is too big or too small.
