COVID-19 GUIDELINES
By attending a Running Adventures event/weekend/coaching session, I agree to the following guidelines.
The safety of my clients, their families, communities, and myself is paramount and I have taken government advice and advice from my governing body (England Athletics) in order to make an event as safe as possible for all that attend.
By attending a Running Adventures event, you agree that your information may be passed on to the Government’s Test and Trace Initiative if required.
All runners will have their temperature taken using a non-contact thermometer upon arrival at any event or session, any participants with a temperature of 37.8C or higher will be asked to return home immediately and seek a test.
Note that during this time, headtorches and Salomon trail shoes/vests will not be available for demo.
Any person not making an effort to follow these guidelines will be asked to leave the run immediately.

- Please check your email/messages before leaving, in case of last-minute cancellations.
- If you, or anyone in your household, have shown ANY symptoms of COVID-19 then you must not attend the run.
- Follow all hygiene guidelines before, during and after the run.
- Stay a MINIMUM of 2 metres away from all other runners and members of the public at all times, unless it is absolutely impossible to do so.
- Carry your own personal first aid medical kit on the run, including a small hand sanitiser.
- Carry enough water and fuel for the run.
- Carry a facemask at all times (a buff is fine) in case of emergency scenario whereby it is needed (ie you hurt yourself and I need to drive you).
- Do not share water or fuel with other participants who are not part of your household..
- Carry a fully charged phone at all times.
- Alert Running Adventures if you, or anyone else in your household have shown signs of COVID-19 within 14 days of attending a run.
