I understand that by registering for Virtual Running Adventures I agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable.
2. I understand that I have a responsibility for ensuring my own fitness to participate in the run
3. I understand that I am entirely responsible for my own navigation and safety during the run
4. Despite all routes following public footpaths, Running Adventures cannot 100% guarantee that the whole route will be accessible at all times due to unforeseen changes in property boundaries or badly maintained trails
5. Running Adventures accepts no liability for any damage, injury or loss suffered by or to me, or to any other persons, or to any property in connection with the run or otherwise.
6. I understand that personal accident and personal items insurance is my sole responsibility.
7. By agreeing to these terms, you are also agreeing to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
