Join me, a Salomon sponsored ultra runner and coach, for half a day of trail running coaching, specifically focusing on how to tackle hills, both UP and DOWN.
Running hills is a huge part of trail running and something that many people don't quite tackle in the correct manner, whether it's through technique, strategy or confidence, there is always room for improvement. This workshop will teach you the skills to run hills both effectively and efficiently, and will give you the greater confidence when doing so.
Our location is perfect, offering excellent transport links from London and other surrounding areas, and access to a variety of hilly trails around the stunning Box Hill area.
To enjoy this workshop, I'd recommend that you are comfortable running 10km on trails. The workshop is limited to 10 people, allowing me to work extensively with each individual and answer all your questions.
