Join me every Thursday evening for a running session designed to accommodate all abilities and experience levels. Sessions are all inclusive, no trail running experience is required.
These sessions are for those who want to make running a regular part of their routine, or those that may want to take their running to another level, and want to enjoy the benefits of working with a coach. Session focus will vary from week to week but they are guaranteed to be fun and leave you feeling good about yourself and your running.
Sessions will take place in and around Chantry Wood, Guildford. Offering over 200 acres of beautiful woodland and meadows, this is the perfect backdrop for our session.
Sessions will always include a short trail run to warm up, before taking on structured drills and exercises. There will also be plenty of time to discuss your running and answer any questions you may have.
If you purchase 5 sessions, they are valid from date of your first session, for 5 weeks (not including weeks when there is no Trail Club).
