Training weekend for participants heading to Nepal.

Prices £149 - Whole Weekend £89 - Single day option (Saturday only) A weekend of trail running, coaching and workshops for participants heading to Nepal with Impact Marathon Series.
All sessions will be run by Matt Buck - Running Adventures owner, experienced ultra runner, running coach, and Nepal Impact Marathon Race Director.
This all inclusive weekend is designed to ensure that you are fully prepared, both physically and mentally, for the challenge that lies ahead. It will also be a fantastic opportunity to meet and spend time with fellow runners before flying to Nepal, as well as spending time with some of the team from Impact Marathon Series.
The bunkhouse is nestled into the side of Leith Hill, the highest point in south east England, and has awesome trails on the doorstep. Leith Hill is just 30 miles from London.
This weekend is limited to 16 people (whole weekend) with an additional 4 people (Saturday only). So book quickly to avoid disappointment.
Itinerary (Provisional and subject to change)
Saturday - 2 September - Meet at 10am at Henman Bunkhouse, Leith Hill, Surrey - Intro and welcome - Social Trail Run - 10k - Coaching and Hill session - technique and how to beat those hills - Session about the route and what to expect when in Nepal - 'How to tackle the run in Nepal' talk - Questions and Answers session - Fundraising workshop - Dinner - Optional trip to the local pub Sunday - 3 September - Breakfast. - Coaching and Speed session - Social Trail Run - 10 miles - Goodbyes at approx 3pm
